Senior Healthcare Staffing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete healthcare staffing lifecycle: requirement intake, workforce planning, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer management, pre-joining engagement and onboarding handoff.
• Manage healthcare recruitment mandates across the United States and Canada for physicians, nurses, allied-health professionals and other clinical or healthcare-support roles.
• Partner with hospitals, clinics, medical groups, staffing organizations and internal stakeholders to clarify job scope, credentials, licensing expectations, location, schedule, compensation and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, internal databases, referrals, social channels and direct outreach.
• Lead, coach and monitor recruiters and calling executives; allocate requirements, set daily priorities, review call quality and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Conduct senior-level candidate screenings covering healthcare-domain experience, specialty, credentials, professional registration, work authorization, availability, compensation and relocation preferences.
• Review every shortlisted profile for fit, accuracy and completeness before client submission; ensure screening notes clearly explain the candidate match.
• Own client and candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback closure, offer negotiations, counter-offer risk management and joining follow-up.
• Build active talent pipelines by profession, specialty, geography, credential status and availability to support current and future hiring demand.
• Maintain complete ATS/CRM records and provide weekly dashboards covering open roles, pipeline stages, aging, submissions, interviews, offers, joining risks and placements.
• Ensure ethical recruitment, candidate consent, privacy and confidentiality; escalate immigration, licensing and legal matters to authorized specialists.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4-5 years of core healthcare recruitment or staffing experience; general recruitment experience without substantial healthcare exposure will not be sufficient.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting staffing requirements in the United States and/or Canada, with sound knowledge of North American recruitment practices.

• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery, from client requirement intake through successful joining or placement.

• Proven experience leading, mentoring and performance-managing a team of recruiters, sourcers or calling executives.

• Practical understanding of healthcare occupations, specialties, credential-based screening, professional licensing, privacy and candidate consent.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead professional calls with U.S. and Canadian clients and healthcare candidates.

• Advanced working knowledge of ATS/CRM platforms, Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline; relevant recruitment certification is preferred.

• Must be comfortable working in U.S. and Canada shifts from India, including night hours and seasonal time-zone changes. Team Leadership & Process Ownership

• Translate monthly hiring goals into team-level sourcing, calling, screening, submission and closure targets.

• Run daily pipeline reviews and weekly performance meet

ings; coach the team using conversion data and quality feedback.

• Create and improve screening checklists, calling scripts, reporting formats, follow-up standards and recruitment SOPs.

• Maintain strong candidate experience, client responsiveness and timely escalation of delivery or compliance risks.

• Coordinate effectively with ADGTech leadership and India, U.S. and Canada-based stakeholders.
