Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, and non-clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top healthcare talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, and non-clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top healthcare talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Recruit for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies and healthcare credentialing requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the organization at career fairs, job expos, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of core healthcare recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, healthcare systems, staffing agencies, or long-term care facilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare labor market trends and workforce planning.
- Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.
