Senior Hardware Validation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and validate hardware components of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements for new features and develop test plans accordingly.
• Conduct thorough analysis of device performance using tools like oscilloscopes and analyzers to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop automated tests using scripting languages like Python or TCL to validate firmware updates.

Job Requirements :

• 6-16 years of experience in hardware testing with a focus on networking equipment (L2/L3).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols including VLAN configuration and management.
• Proficiency in embedded testing techniques for device testing using tools like oscilloscopes and analyzers.
• Experience with Ethernet connectivity testing using various types of cables.
