About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to grow The Epoch Times subscription business. This role combines user understanding, data analysis and experimentation to turn more readers into subscribers, improve the customer experience and strengthen retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own part of the subscription user journey from end to end
- Identify friction points using product data, customer feedback and UX research
- Define user flows, requirements, acceptance criteria and edge cases
- Work with Design and Engineering to build, launch and improve solutions
- Plan and run experiments with clear success criteria
- Evaluate ideas by impact, customer value and effort
- Monitor post-launch performance and recommend next steps
- Manage priorities, timelines and dependencies within your area
Who Can Apply
- 4+ years in subscription or growth product management on consumer digital products
- Track record of improving conversion, engagement, retention or revenue
- Hands-on with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar, including funnel and cohort analysis
- Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests
- Experience working with design, research, data, engineering and marketing teams
- Strong written and spoken English
- High-level understanding of web, app and payments technology
- Availability to work in US Time Zone
