About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for our B2B software business. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can both execute and lead. Ideal for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, creating impactful content, driving organic growth, and helping build a high-performing marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be the most senior marketing professional in India and play a key role in shaping our growth strategy. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands. Our solutions help organizations improve operations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, workflow automation, AI-powered business solutions, and help desk technologies.
What You'll Do Organic Growth & Search Marketing
- Develop and execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to increase visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Identify high-value content opportunities that drive qualified traffic, leads, and demo requests.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor and improve organic search performance using industry-leading tools and analytics platforms. Content Marketing & Product Marketing
- Create and manage content that educates buyers and generates demand, including:
- Blog articles
- Landing pages
- Customer success stories
- Email campaigns
- Webinar content
- Video scripts
- Sales enablement materials
- Learn our products deeply and become an expert in communicating their value to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with product experts, sales leaders, customers, and executives to develop compelling content and messaging. Demand Generation
- Support and optimize digital demand generation programs across multiple channels.
- Help manage and improve paid search, LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Focus on increasing qualified demo requests and marketing-generated pipeline. Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs.
- Use data to make informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools, AI technologies, and automation platforms that improve efficiency and results. Team Building & Leadership
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to establish scalable marketing processes.
- Mentor interns, contractors, agencies, and future team members.
- Help build and grow a high-performing India-based marketing team as the company expands.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven success driving organic growth through SEO and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of modern search, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Experience creating content that generates measurable business results.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and content management platforms.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Strongly Preferred
- Experience marketing enterprise software solutions such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Workflow Automation
- Help Desk Software
- CRM
- ERP
- Business Process Automation Platforms
- Experience marketing to U.S.-based buyers.
- Experience creating content for technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related business solutions.
- Experience working in organizations that serve mid-market and enterprise customers. Ideal Background We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked at high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, especially those focused on ITSM, workflow automation, enterprise applications, or productivity software. Experience with companies such as Zoho, Freshworks, ManageEngine, Zendesk, Atlassian, ServiceNow, or similar organizations is highly valued. Success in the First 12 Months A successful candidate will:
- Increase qualified demo requests by at least 50%.
- Expand organic search visibility across traditional and AI-powered search channels.
- Establish a scalable content engine that consistently generates qualified leads.
- Improve marketing performance reporting and measurement.
- Help lay the foundation for a growing India-based marketing organization.
