Company Description IKIO LED Lighting is a US-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality LED solutions for industrial, commercial, multi-family residential, hospitality, horticulture, hazardous location, and solar outdoor applications.

Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for shaping and maintaining IKIO's visual identity across digital and print channels. The individual will create and refine graphics for marketing campaigns, product catalogs, packaging, presentations, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and high design standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing design concepts, collaborating with marketing and product teams, producing logos and brand assets, and preparing files for production. The Senior Graphic Designer will also oversee typography choices, contribute to brand guidelines, review design work from other team members, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, sales initiatives, and corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational visual skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, effective, and modern design work.
• Candidates should possess specialized branding capabilities, including Logo Design and Branding, with experience creating and evolving cohesive brand identities.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, including type selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software) and be comfortable working within established brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess the ability to translate complex technical or product information into clear, visually engaging layouts for brochures, catalogs, presentations, and online assets.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, lighting, or industrial B2B sectors is an advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior designers, understanding basic print production requirements, and familiarity with digital marketing channels (web, email, social media) will be beneficial.
