Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual quality across Madtowns client work. Youll take briefs from idea to final output across social, digital, motion, and print, set the creative bar for the team, and mentor junior designers and interns. If you can turn a loose brief into a strong concept and defend your design choices, we want to see your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the concept and execution of creatives across social, digital, web, and print for multiple client brands
• Create motion graphics and short animated content for reels, ads, and campaigns
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems for clients
• Review team output for consistency and quality before it reaches clients
• Mentor junior designers and interns through feedback, reviews, and skill-building
• Present and explain design direction to internal teams and clients when needed
• Manage several projects at once without missing deadlines

Skill Required:

• 5 to 8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising, branding, or marketing agency
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating work across multiple brands, industries, and formats, including both static and motion design
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma
• Hands-on After Effects (or similar) for motion graphics
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand identity
• Understanding of print-ready file preparation
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback
