Job Overview:
As a Senior Designer Graphics & Video Production at PropSolutions4u Pvt. Ltd., you will create high-impact visual
designs and video content for real estate projects, performance marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
Working closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, Sales, and cross-functional teams, you will transform
campaign briefs into high-converting static creatives, motion graphics, reels, short-form videos, and digital and print
marketing assets for Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and programmatic advertising, delivering scroll-stopping
creatives within fast-paced timelines. You will leverage AI-powered design and video-generation tools to accelerate
production, create multiple A/B testing variations, and deliver data-driven creative solutions. Additionally, you will
mentor junior designers, maintain creative quality and brand consistency, manage multiple projects efficiently, and
ensure the timely delivery of impactful assets that support business growth and sales objectives.
Qualification Required:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production.
Strong portfolio covering digital design, print, branding, advertising, social media creatives, and videos.
Bachelor's degree required; certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Video Editing, or a related
field preferred.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered graphic-generation, image-editing, and video-editing tools.
Proficiency in creating reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other digital video content.
Experience in interactive content, property showcases, or virtual tours preferred.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI, website design, and user-focused visual communication.
Experience in guiding, mentoring, or reviewing junior designers is an added advantage.
Skills:

Design high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, Instagram, and other paid digital channels.
Proficiency in video-editing tools for creating reels, advertisement-based videos, promotional content, and
short-form videos.

Experience in creating, editing, and refining visuals using AI-powered design tools.
Produce multiple creative variants per campaign for A/B and multivariate testing, based on performance data
and marketing feedback.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with Figma, Sketch & Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, layout, and visual composition.

Experience in print and digital design, including branding, logo design, and marketing creatives.
Ability to design social media posts, advertisements, banners, emailers, brochures, and presentations.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to guide junior designers, review their work, and maintain creative quality and brand consistency.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts.
Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving design trends, tools, and technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Real Estate Marketing: Design and produce high-impact marketing creatives for real estate projects, promotional
campaigns, and advertisements that effectively showcase key project highlights and drive customer engagement.
Digital Assets: Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website graphics, social media posts, email
campaigns, and online advertisements that drive traffic and generate leads.
Brand Development: Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through consistent design elements
and creative visuals aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Visual Storytelling: Develop visually compelling narratives for property showcases, virtual tours, promotional
videos, reels, and short-form content that effectively communicate the unique selling points of properties.
Client and Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and other relevant departments to
understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and
deadlines.
Project Management: Oversee multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, feedback, revisions, and final deliverables efficiently.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, emerging technologies, and
competitive marketing strategies to keep creative materials fresh, relevant, and effective.
