Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with strong expertise in conceptual design, visual communication, branding and art direction. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative portfolio and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions across digital, print, social media, video and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop original design concepts, illustrations, infographics and visual assets
• Create compelling designs for digital, print, social media and marketing campaigns
• Translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions
• Provide art direction and ensure high-quality design execution
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video content
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and cross-functional teams
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Guide and mentor junior designers when required
• Stay updated with design trends and visual culture

Required Skills :

• 6+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with branding, campaign design and visual communication
• Good understanding of art direction vs. design execution
• Experience in storyboarding, illustration and infographic design
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
