Senior Graphic Designer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, website banners, marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Strategizing, conceptualizing, designing and executing ad campaigns.
• Edit and optimize product images, website content, videos, and other digital assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, image generation, asset enhancement, background removal, retouching, and workflow automation while maintaining high creative and brand standards.
• Present creative concepts, contribute innovative design solutions, and continuously improve visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as:

• Adobe Firefly
• Midjourney
• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Canva AI
• Any other AI-assisted creative and productivity tools

Preferred:

• Adobe XD
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Design systems and prototyping

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing creatives, website UI, responsive design, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, user-centered design principles, and modern design systems.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design productivity, ideation, and content generation.
• Excellent communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must have experience leading a team of graphic designers.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT / NID.
