Senior Gis Developer

Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills (MUST HAVE)

• 5 to 8 years of experience in GIS and CAD application development/customization.
• Hands-on experience in both AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in desktop application customization using:
• AutoCAD .NET API (C#/.NET)
• ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET
• Strong proficiency in:
• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET
• Python scripting
• Knowledge of spatial databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL/PostGIS).
• Experience in developing desktop tools, add-ins, plugins, or workflows for AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience in spatial data handling, geoprocessing workflows, and GIS-CAD integration.
• Knowledge of source control and collaboration tools such as:
• Azure DevOps
• Git
• TFS

Secondary Skills (GOOD TO HAVE)

• Experience in MicroStation development or customization.
• Experience with engineering applications will be an added advantage such as:
• SP3D (SmartPlant 3D)
• SPEL (SmartPlant Electrical)
• SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation), etc
• Follow DevOps and Agile project development.
• Being a Microsoft/ESRI Certified Professional will be additional advantage.
