Senior General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex financial models using DCF, real estate valuation techniques to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of value creation opportunities in the power industry.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform investment recommendations.
• Provide expert advice on deal structuring, financing options, and risk management strategies to senior leadership.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in finance or a related field with expertise in DCF valuation and modeling.
• Strong understanding of the power industry's unique challenges and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
