Senior General Manager Operations & Sales

We are looking for a Senior General Manager Operations & Sales to take complete ownership of Administration, Operations, and Sales functions. The ideal candidate will be a mature, strategic, and hands-on leader with strong experience in managing teams, improving operational processes, controlling costs, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall Administration, Operations & Sales activities.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams while driving performance and accountability.
• Manage vendors, contracts, facilities, procurement, and service providers.
• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety, and risk controls.
• Monitor operational and sales KPIs, prepare MIS, and share management reports.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Handle key stakeholder relationships and resolve critical operational escalations.
• Coordinate with senior management and various departments for smooth business operations.
• Support strategic planning, business improvement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director / Senior Management on operational, administrative, and business matters.
• Support sales operations and contribute towards achieving organizational business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• 11 - 27 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership/management role.
• Proven experience in managing large teams, vendors, budgets, facilities, and multiple operational functions.
• Strong experience in Administration & Operations Leadership is essential.
• Candidates with exposure to Sales/Business Operations will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
