Senior Furniture Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Handle premium showroom walk-ins and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer requirements, interiors, furniture dimensions, materials and design preferences.
• Recommend suitable furniture collections, configurations, finishes, upholstery and customisation options.
• Independently manage high-value transactions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects and repeat customers.
• Prepare quotations, conduct professional follow-ups and negotiate orders within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding custom orders and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline reports.
• Support and mentor junior design and sales consultants.

Preferred candidate profile

• 410 years of experience in furniture, premium home furnishing, interior design sales or related luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of furniture products, wood types, fabrics, finishes and construction quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and sales closing abilities.
• Experience serving premium residential clients.
• Ability to manage showroom enquiries and independently generate sales.
• Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship skills
