About this role
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 6 months of o9 experience, including o9 training/certification.
- Preferably 12 years of hands-on o9 platform experience; candidates with relevant Blue Yonder or Kinaxis experience can also be considered.
- Strong experience in Retail Planning / Merchandise Planning.
- 6 months- 2 years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning.
- Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning.
- Experience with Assortment Planning, Product & Location Hierarchies, Store Clustering, Assortment/Business Rules, Planning Workflows, and Space & Capacity Constraints.
- Good understanding of Category Management, Range Planning, PLM, Seasonal/Localized Assortments, and retail KPIs such as Sales, Margin, Sell-through and GMROI.
- Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations such as SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills.
