Job Summary

We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and AI/LLM application development. The ideal candidates should be capable of working independently, making sound technical decisions, and contributing with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and backend development.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience in LLM application development and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic architectures.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems and services.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Make independent technical decisions and contribute to architecture and solution design.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, Apex, and LWC.
• Strong experience with Python, APIs, integrations, and backend development.
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI applications, AI agents, and agentic architectures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
