About the Role California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our product engineering team. You'll work on building scalable enterprise applications, AI-powered platforms, and cloud-native solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive web applications using Angular.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture.
• Develop secure REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement caching using Redis.
• Build event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize search using Apache Solr or Elasticsearch.
• Integrate AI capabilities using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Strong experience with Angular (TypeScript).
• Experience building Microservices.
• REST API development and integration.
• Redis.
• Apache Kafka.
• Apache Solr or Elasticsearch.
• MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Git, Maven/Gradle.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integrations.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLMs.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working on SaaS products.
