- 10+ years technology experience.
- Experience designing and building decoupled BFF and Domain APIs.
- Experience designing and building decoupled user experience with modern JS frameworks like
ReactJS and AngularJS.
- Hands-on development, delivery, and operate technology platform at scale.
- Experience in
DevOps and CI/CD tools and techniques.
- Excellent adaptive leadership capabilities, including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching.
- Successful record of managing distributed resources and partners (both offshore & onshore)
- Preferably Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience
- Alignment of Technology roadmap and business strategy.
