Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Description The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for FurlPay’s web platform, working across front-end and back-end components. Responsibilities include building secure, scalable services and APIs, implementing intuitive user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and ensuring high code quality through testing and code reviews. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and DevOps teams to refine requirements, integrate third-party services, and improve developer experience and platform reliability. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features from design to deployment.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UIs.
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to support scalable production systems.
• Background in fintech, payments, or blockchain-based applications is highly beneficial, with an understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, mentor other engineers, and communicate clearly about technical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
