Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong, hands-on experience building

production-grade AI applications from end to end. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered products with minimal supervision. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating closely with product, design, and AI teams to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software. This role requires someone who thrives on ownership, values engineering excellence, and has experience shipping AI systems used by real customers—not just prototypes or demos. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications from architecture to deployment.
• Build and deploy

production-grade AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and modern orchestration frameworks.

• Own features end-to-end, including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate models into robust, scalable production systems.
• Design efficient database schemas, caching strategies, and distributed system architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Improve system performance, scalability, observability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence. Required Qualifications
• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications , including:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
• Vector Databases
• Prompt Engineering and Evaluation
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as

React.js or

Next.js .

• Strong backend development experience using

Node.js ,

Python , or equivalent technologies.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking complete ownership with minimal handholding. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, guardrails, observability, and AI monitoring.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, and microservices.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code.
