Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Own end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and Python backend. You'll work directly on the query engine and dashboard renderer — two of our most performance-sensitive systems.

• 4+ years shipping production software
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals
• Experience with SQL and data pipelines
• Comfort reading and writing Python Build and improve the natural language to SQL pipeline at the core of Orvixo. You'll work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation harnesses that make our query accuracy measurably better every sprint.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Familiar with retrieval-augmented generation
• Python — you can write a good eval harness from scratch
• Strong grasp of SQL across PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery Shape how hundreds of teams experience their data every day. You'll own end-to-end design across our dashboard builder, chart editor, and onboarding flow.
• 3+ years of product design at a software company
• Figma power user — components, variables, prototypes
• Portfolio showing complex data or B2B product work
• Comfortable running your own user interviews Work closely with our early customers to make them wildly successful. You'll run onboarding, track adoption, and surface product feedback that directly shapes our roadmap.
• 2+ years in customer success or account management at a SaaS company
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
• Data-oriented — you use metrics to measure health
