Role Description We're Hiring: Full Stack Frontend Engineer (Web & Mobile) | Bengaluru At Divyasree, we're building AM@DS — a platform that powers the next generation of tenant experience and operations across our assets. Think real-time dashboards, smart building apps, field operations tools, and a seamless experience for everyone from tenants to FM teams. We're looking for one engineer who can own both surfaces — web and mobile — with the craft and conviction to keep them fast, consistent, and honest. ---

What you'll build: On Web: • Dashboards with real-time and historical operational data • Dynamic, configurable forms and admin panels • Role-based views for AM, FM, client admins, and leadership • Data visualizations that are fast, readable, and honest

On Mobile: • Tenant app and field operations app — end to end • Request flows, visitor check-in, QR scanning, push notifications • Camera capture with upload handling on weak networks • Offline-first sync logic for field technicians

Across both: • A shared component library and design language • A clean, low-rework working relationship with design and PM ---

What we're looking for • 3–6 years shipping production frontends on both web and mobile • Deep fluency in React + React Native (Flutter considered with real depth) • Strong TypeScript, state management, and component design • Experience with data-dense dashboards — you know how to keep them fast and readable • Hands-on mobile experience: push notifications, deep linking, QR, camera, file upload, offline behavior • Calm release discipline across App Store, Play Store, and web • Strong UX intuition — you know what feels broken before users do

Bonus: charting libraries, multi-tenant UI patterns, BLE/NFC, proptech or operations SaaS background ---
