Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications that solve complex business and healthcare/enterprise challenges
- Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Go (Golang), Python, and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Design and optimize APIs and integration services to support enterprise-scale applications and seamless data exchange
- Develop solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
- Work with databases, messaging platforms (Kafka), and distributed systems to build reliable and high-performing applications
- Ensure application quality, security, scalability, and maintainability through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend components of the application stack
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release activities
- Build and deploy applications on Azure, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and DevOps automation
- Stay current with modern web development practices, React ecosystem advancements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and promoting a team-first mindset
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (PHI/PII awareness)
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI services into web applications
- Proven exposure to distributed systems, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments
- Proven AI innovation initiatives
- Proven solid communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders
