Role Summary:
Develop, enhance, and maintain secure, stable, and scalable technology products for risk reporting. Leverage full stack, cloud, and AI tooling expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to system design, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.

What Youll Do:
- Build and enhance secure, stable, and scalable technology products for risk reporting
- Execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms aligned to risk reporting systems
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use insights to improve code quality and system architecture
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools for code quality, delivery speed, and productivity
- Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain, including AI-assisted development and automation
- Contribute to engineering communities of practice and events
- Collaborate across teams and functions
- Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Formal training/certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience in software engineering and ML/data platform product development
- Full-stack Java development with Angular and/or React
- Strong proficiency in C# for production services
- Experience with relational database technologies (SQL), including queries, views, and stored procedures
- System design, design patterns, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Cloud solutions experience with AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Data platform experience with Databricks
- Experience in large corporate environments
- Familiarity with SDLC and agile delivery, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Hands-on with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools
- Responsible AI use in engineering workflows, secure handling of data, resiliency, and security
- Experience in Risk Reporting, BFSI, or highly regulated environments
- Agile mindset, strong communication, teamwork, ability to iterate quickly, creative problem-solving

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Prior experience in Risk Reporting domain

Qualifications:
Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts is a must
