Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-stack developer working with NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies.
• Previous experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
