Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote (India)

What you'll build

• Telehealth and video communication workflows.
• Real-time and post-session transcription systems
• AI-assisted clinical documentation and note generation
• Care management workflows
• Provider dashboards and operational tools
• Integrations with EHRs, billing platforms, and healthcare APIs This is a hands-on role where you'll own features end-to-end and work directly with founders, clinicians, and product teams.

Location: Remote (India) Compensation: up to 16.5 LPA

Type: Full-Time Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience building production web applications
• Experience integrating video communication platforms
• Experience working with transcription systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Healthcare or HIPAA-compliant product experience
• AI/LLM integration experience
• Experience with real-time streaming architectures
• Experience building workflow automation systems
