Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go, Python & React) 5+ Years Experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across backend and frontend development, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and hands-on Linux administration experience.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and designers to build secure, high-performance SaaS applications. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end—from system design and backend development to frontend implementation and deployment.

Experience with AI technologies is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Go, Python, and React.
• Architect and build secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.
• Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
• Build microservices and distributed systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience using Go and Python.
• Strong frontend development experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including shell scripting, process management, networking basics, system monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.
• Experience with observability tools, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is an advantage.

AI Experience (Preferred)

While not mandatory, experience with AI technologies will be considered an advantage.

• Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience integrating applications with AI services or LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is desirable.
