Senior Full Stack Dot Net AI Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in .NET, Python, and AI/GenAI solutioning. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable enterprise applications, developing APIs/microservices, and integrating AI capabilities into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET / C# and Python.
• Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Architect and implement AI/GenAI-enabled solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop and integrate solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI APIs/services.
• Integrate AI components with existing .NET/Python applications and enterprise systems.
• Design secure, scalable, cloud-ready application architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, business, data, and engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills (7 to 12 years)

• .NET / C#: Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, dependency injection, and enterprise application development.
  
• Python: Strong development experience using Python for backend services, APIs, AI integrations, data processing, and automation.
  
• AI / GenAI Solutioning: Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise solutions, translating business requirements into practical AI use cases.
  
• RAG & LLM Integration: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search/vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM/API integration.
  
• AI Frameworks: Exposure to frameworks/tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
  
• Cloud AI: Experience with cloud-based AI services, preferably Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry or equivalent services on AWS/GCP.
  
• APIs & Microservices: Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, JSON, authentication/authorization, and system integrations.
  
• Databases: Good experience with SQL databases and exposure to NoSQL/vector databases used within modern AI applications.
  
• Architecture & Solutioning: Ability to create high-level/low-level designs, integration patterns, scalable architectures, and technical solutions for enterprise requirements.
