About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Senior MERN Stack Developer to enhance and maintain our

production-ready web application . The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end product development experience, be capable of independently delivering new features, improving existing modules, and ensuring a scalable, secure, and high-performance application.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain an existing production-ready web application.
• Develop end-to-end features from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Design scalable backend APIs and frontend modules.
• Integrate and manage Razorpay payment workflows, including payment verification, subscriptions, webhooks, and refunds (if applicable).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Resolve production issues, bugs, and technical debt.
• Build reusable and maintainable components.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, deployments, and production releases.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack/MERN Stack development experience.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining

production-ready web applications .

• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js
• TypeScript
• Vite
• Node.js
• Express.js
• MongoDB Atlas
• Mongoose
• Strong knowledge of REST API architecture.
• Mandatory experience integrating

Razorpay Payment Gateway in live applications.

• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Good understanding of application security best practices.
• Experience with Git workflows and collaborative development.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently own feature development from design to deployment.

Preferred Experience

• SaaS platform development.
• Startup product development.
• Multi-role user management.
• Admin dashboards and analytics.
• Real-time applications using Socket.io.
• File upload and storage (AWS S3, Cloudinary, etc.).
• Email integrations (SMTP, SendGrid, Nodemailer, etc.).
• Logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Performance optimization and database indexing.
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
