Skills Mandatory -
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud services and application development.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, APIs, and microservices.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
• Ability to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and application security. Skills - Primary
• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and backend application development. • Strong knowledge in AWS services, cloud native applications, and deployment.
• Practical experience in AI-assisted coding, code review, debugging, and test generation.
• Strong hands-on experience in REST APIs, microservices, and software design principles.
• Good knowledge in Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production troubleshooting.
Skills - Good to have-  Experience with Go (Golang) development.

Job Purpose
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable applications using Python and AWS while ensuring high code quality and engineering standards. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve testing efficiency, and enhance software delivery.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python and AWS.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to performance optimization and production support. 
• Develop and maintain software components in line with technical specifications and coding standards.
• Participate in technical design discussions and recommend effective implementation approaches.
• Conduct code reviews, identify defects, and ensure software quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Tech Manger, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver project milestones.
• Investigate technical issues, resolve defects, and support application releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, maintainability, automation, and development efficiency.
• Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures
