Job Description :-
We are looking for a Senior Full stack/Node.js/React.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements into the application.You will also be responsible for building rich UI components with React.

Key Technical Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Nest.js frameworks.
2. Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js frameworks.
3. Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
4. Experience in building rich, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js.
5. Good knowledge of ES6, ES7, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Functional Programming concepts.
6. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, Async/Await, and related workarounds.
7. Experience working in Linux (Ubuntu) environments with proficiency in basic Linux commands.
8. Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and MongoDB.
9. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and gRPC services.
10. Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
11. Strong understanding of Microservices Design Patterns, Service Discovery, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed System principles.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

1. Knowledge of Redux and side-effect management libraries such as Redux-Saga or Redux-Thunk.
2. Exposure to Kafka message broker and Redis database.
3. Experience with Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
4. Knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, and cloud-native application deployment.
5. Good understanding of browser rendering behavior, optimization techniques, and frontend performance tuning.
6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
7. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9. Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is an added advantage.
