About the Role

Kauvery Hospital is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, and mobile application development, with ownership of features from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#), Python, and Node.js.
• Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning and estimation.

Required Skills

• 6 to 7 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#, Python, and Node.js.
• Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and deploying applications using React Native.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure/AWS cloud deployment.
• Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Docker / Kubernetes
• MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Unit and integration testing frameworks such as xUnit, Jest, or Detox
• GraphQL

Qualification

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
