Senior Full Stack Developer

Okta Hiring ---> Node.js & React.js (Sr. Full-stack developer at Bangalore location)

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale systems or services.
• Strong expertise using Node.js (TypeScript) to build backend services and create and maintain public or internal APIs.
• Production experience building fullstack applications with React component architecture, state management, rendering performance, and modern tooling.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations.
• Production experience with MongoDB document modeling, aggregation pipelines, and scaling patterns.
• Hands-on experience designing and tuning caching layers (Redis) cache invalidation strategies, write-through/write-behind patterns, and TTL management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance problems using profiling tools, APM instrumentation, load testing, and capacity planning.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud environments; AWS and/or Azure experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated interest in mentoring and helping teammates grow.
