Senior Full Stack Developer-Team Lead

Job Summary


Qualifications & Skills Required

• Strong full stack skills (frontend and backend) in Python, JavaScript and MariaDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on ERPNext / Frappe Framework experience - customisation, custom apps, doctypes, reports, print formats and workflows.
• REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Git, Linux server management and cloud deployment (AWS / DigitalOcean / Frappe Cloud or similar).
• Good to have: React / Vue. js, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, and AI tools to speed up development.
• Familiarity with core ERP modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll and CRM.
• Understanding of how a business runs, with the ability to suggest the right solution, not just code what is asked.
• Experience in an IT company; ERP services or ERPNext / Frappe partner company background is a strong plus.
• Experience leading a team of developers, handling multiple ERP implementations end to end, and taking over an existing codebase.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi; Travel Friendly.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Delivery

• Understand our current ERP system in depth and take it forward from here.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for different ERP instances and convert them into technical specifications, estimates and timelines.
• Design, build, customise and deliver ERP solutions along with the team.
• Handle version upgrades, data migration and post go-live support.
• Build integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, Tally, WhatsApp / SMS, e-commerce platforms and biometric devices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the ERP development team - assign tasks, track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Be the go-to person for all technical problems the ERP team faces.
• Conduct code reviews and set coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Support in interviewing and hiring developers as the team grows.

Other Products

• Contribute to the company's other software products such as Aavosa and Trial Room Standee, switching between products and technologies as business needs change.

Client-Facing Delivery (Forward Deployed Engineer)

• Work on-site at client offices when required to get implementations done.
• Run client workshops, user training and UAT (user acceptance testing).
• Handle client stakeholders technical queries.

Process & Quality

• Maintain technical documentation for every ERP instance.
• Manage version control, backups, server setup and deployment processes.
• Ensure security, performance and data integrity of the systems.
