Senior Full Stack Developer Node JS & React JS

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, AWS, Docker, and Kafka to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to engineering excellence, mentor team members, participate in technical hiring, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex web applications following established engineering standards and best practices.

• Architect scalable solutions using appropriate design patterns, development standards, and API architectures.

• Enhance engineering quality, coding standards, and development processes across the team.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation.

• Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Node.js.

• Build modern frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and state management frameworks.

• Work with databases, implementing complex queries, aggregations, and performance optimizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in technical interviews and support hiring activities.

• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to improve team capabilities and engineering standards.

• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design decisions.

• Strong understanding of API architectural styles including Monolithic, Microservices, and Serverless architectures.

• Experience designing scalable solutions using industry-standard design patterns and development best practices.

• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and building scalable, high-performance applications.

• Proficiency in advanced Node.js concepts and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with TypeScript and React.js.

• Knowledge of frontend state management approaches.

• Experience working with databases, including complex queries, aggregations, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
