Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET, SQL, Python)

Job Summary

The Lead Developer (Senior) supports the HIS Automation team in creating automations for the Expanse Implementation project, with a focus on HIS Solutions and Parallon processes. The role applies strong experience with .NET, SQL, and Python while adapting to new frameworks and methodologies within application development.

The senior developer analyzes business requirements and performs design, construction, testing, and implementation with minimal supervision. The role also learns and supports existing legacy systems and new applications, provides second-level application support, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with team members to execute development initiatives using Agile practices and principles.
• Contribute to a smooth CI/CD pipeline and continuous integration/continuous delivery automation.
• Integrate new and existing software with existing systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project leads, management, and customers on requirements.
• Design fit-for-purpose products aligned with customer strategic plans and technology road maps.
• Apply value-based decision making and Agile principles across teams.
• Share knowledge and experience to grow overall team capabilities.
• Participate in deployment, change, configuration, management, administration, and maintenance of deployment processes and systems.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver just-in-time solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements and design, construct, and deliver solutions with minimal team interaction while adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

Education Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of engineering, delivering, and supporting production software products preferred.

• Strong experience with .NET, SQL, and Python.
• Demonstrated Agile mindset and understanding of Agile practices and principles.
