Senior Full-Stack Developer (Microsoft / Azure)

We build production-grade web applications on the Microsoft and Azure stack, and we need a senior engineer who can own the full lifecycle: frontend, backend, architecture, integrations, and the AI layer on top. You will ship real systems that businesses depend on, not prototypes. This is a senior seat with genuine autonomy. You work independently, drive engineering standards rather than wait for them, and can sit in front of a client to walk through your architecture and defend the decisions behind it. You can also explain a technical concept to a non-technical stakeholder without losing either of you. What You'll Own

Application development

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications
• Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Build backend services using C#/.NET and/or Node.js

Azure architecture

• Design and maintain Azure-native architectures
• Work across App Service, Functions, and Azure SQL

Integration and automation

• Integrate systems including Business Central, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and third-party platforms
• Develop APIs, automation workflows, and system integrations

Engineering practices

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
• Own testing, version control, and scalable architecture

AI capabilities

• Integrate AI using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and LLM-based workflows What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise
• Strong C#/.NET and/or Node.js experience
• Deep Azure experience (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL)
• Experience with REST APIs, testing, Git, CI/CD, and scalable architecture
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Proven track record building and shipping production-grade systems
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong stakeholder management, and a genuine ownership mentality
