Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN)

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN) — AI-Enabled

Location: Hyderabad (On-site) — This is NOT a remote role

Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month

About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack MERN Developer who can own features end to end and ship clean, scalable products. If you build with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node — and you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter — we'd love to talk. This is an on-site role in Hyderabad. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications across the MERN stack
• Develop responsive, performant front-ends in React and robust APIs in Node/Express
• Model and optimize data in MongoDB
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to take features from idea to production
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and delivery
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with REST APIs (and ideally GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) in day-to-day work
• Good understanding of authentication, security, and performance best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to Docker, microservices, or serverless architecture
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications
