Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel & MERN)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Laravel and MERN stack who can independently handle development, troubleshoot complex issues, interact with clients, and provide effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Laravel, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and MySQL.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Take ownership of development, debugging and production issues.
• Analyze problems and provide quick, practical and scalable solutions.
• Review code and maintain coding standards and application quality.
• Support and guide junior developers on technical challenges when required.
• Handle multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience in Laravel and MERN stack.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Git.
• Good debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of tasks.
• AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience will be an added advantage.
