Senior Full stack developer (Java+React)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs.
• Develop, test, and deploy new features with a focus on quality and speed.
• Contribute to product enhancements and deliver releases on a weekly or daily basis.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Focus on delivering intuitive and developer-friendly applications that enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software development using Java and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience in frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend service development.
• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade applications or financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Experience building internal platforms, SDKs, or developer productivity tools.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
