Senior Engineer (React Developer) Pune
About the Job We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Front-End Developer with strong expertise in
React JS to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the user interface of a web application that interacts with a
Django-based API and a
MariaDB database. While your primary focus will be on front-end development, a good understanding of back-end technologies is highly appreciated to ensure smooth collaboration across the stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web interfaces using
React JS
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with a
Django REST API
- Ensure seamless data flow and interaction with a
MariaDB database through the API
- Work closely with designers to implement clean and user-friendly UI/UX
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Contribute to improving development workflows and best practices
Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience with
React JS , including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and component-based architecture
- Familiarity with
Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of
Django and its REST framework
- Familiarity with
MariaDB or other relational databases
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment
- Exposure to full-stack development and debugging across layers
