Role Description The Senior Frontend Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces for web applications using modern frontend frameworks and best practices. Daily tasks include translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible code, optimizing application performance, collaborating with backend and product teams, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The Senior Frontend Developer will also review code, mentor junior developers, contribute to technical architecture discussions, and help define frontend development standards and workflows aligned with project and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and Responsive Web Design.
• Solid understanding of Web Development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively collaborate with server-side teams.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and code review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and performant frontend applications in production environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with UI/UX collaboration tools, accessibility standards, and agile development methodologies is beneficial.
