About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to lead frontend application development initiatives and drive the successful delivery of modern web portal solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities, contributing to frontend architecture, application design, engineering excellence, and team mentorship. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business goals and product strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead frontend application development efforts and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure alignment with product vision and business objectives.
• Establish and promote software engineering standards, development policies, and best practices.
• Own the frontend development capability for web portal solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop robust, maintainable, and reusable UI components and frameworks.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to deliver reliable and well-tested applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide application design and development processes to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows, tools, and engineering practices.
• Implement and support DevSecOps principles to improve software delivery efficiency and application security.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, automation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Support career development activities and contribute to the growth of engineering team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in frontend application development and enterprise web technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js development (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend engineering concepts.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead frontend initiatives and mentor development teams.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and supporting DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Understanding of application architecture, solution design, and software engineering principles.
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with additional frontend frameworks, UI libraries, and modern web technologies will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
