Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Drive frontend architecture and technical decisions for complex product and platform capabilities
• Build reusable components, libraries, frameworks, and frontend platform solutions that improve engineering productivity
• Develop and optimize real-time web applications using WebSocket and event-driven communication
• Design efficient approaches for handling real-time data, connection management, reconnection, state synchronization, and failure scenarios
• Build responsive, accessible, reliable, and intuitive user experiences across modern browsers and devices
• Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks involving rendering, network requests, memory usage, state management, and application loading
• Establish scalable patterns for application state management, API integration, error handling, and frontend observability
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient APIs, data contracts, and real-time communication mechanisms
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions
• Drive code quality through architecture reviews, code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis for frontend and platform-level problems
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and long-term frontend platform strategy
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers, helping raise technical quality and development practices across the team
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack where appropriate

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in frontend development
• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong experience architecting and developing large-scale, production-grade web applications
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design, state management, browser fundamentals, and web performance
• Strong hands-on experience with WebSocket, real-time communication, asynchronous programming, and event-driven applications
• Experience building or contributing to frontend platforms, shared component libraries, design systems, or reusable engineering frameworks
• Strong understanding of API integration, networking, authentication, browser security, and frontend-backend communication
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex performance, scalability, reliability, and production issues
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, clean code, testing, and maintainability
• Experience working with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and modern engineering workflows
• Excellent system-design and architectural thinking, with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across teams
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on
