We are looking for an experienced Senior FreeSWITCH & WebRTC Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in VoIP, SIP, and Contact Center technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FreeSWITCH development, WebRTC, C/C++, ESL integrations, and Contact Center solutions, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting real-time communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support FreeSWITCH-based voice and Contact Center platforms.
• Implement and maintain SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, and ESL-based integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot dialplans, call routing, IVR, ACD, and call recording solutions.
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with external applications, APIs, and Contact Center platforms.
• Debug and resolve production issues related to SIP signaling, RTP media flow, NAT traversal, and WebRTC connectivity.
• Perform protocol analysis and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark and TCPDump.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and observability using CI/CD pipelines, Grafana, Splunk, and logging platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and create runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable communication solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
