The team works on ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure where hardware acceleration plays a critical role in achieving performance and execution efficiency across global financial markets. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge FPGA-based systems that directly impact trading performance in a highly competitive environment. Role: Senior FPGA RTL Developer Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize FPGA-based solutions for ultra-low-latency applications.
• Implement RTL designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Work on high-speed data processing, packet handling, and hardware acceleration pipelines.
• Collaborate with software, trading, and infrastructure teams to improve overall system performance.
• Perform simulation, debugging, synthesis, timing closure, and hardware validation.
• Analyze latency bottlenecks and drive FPGA-level performance optimizations.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to next-generation trading platforms. Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in FPGA/RTL Design.
• Strong expertise in Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with FPGA development flows, synthesis, place & route, and timing closure.
• Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals, computer architecture, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with Xilinx/AMD or Intel (Altera) FPGA platforms.
• Familiarity with simulation and verification tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in low-latency systems, networking, or trading infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/UDP, PCIe, or high-speed communication protocols.
• Exposure to hardware acceleration, market data processing, or exchange connectivity.
