Senior Foundry Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the production process of aluminum foundry, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
• Oversee heat treatment operations to achieve optimal properties in castings.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve melting techniques and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to non-ferrous metals.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in foundry management, preferably in aluminium or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy principles, including heat treatment methods.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production operations with multiple shifts.
