Senior Flutter Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android, iOS and Web using Flutter & Dart.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX and application smoothness.
• Build scalable frontend architecture, reusable components and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Implement state management using BLoC, Cubit, GetX or Provider.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Google Maps and third-party SDKs/services.
• Ensure application security, data protection, secure API integration and secure storage.
• Perform debugging, error handling, logging, testing, QA support and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve UI, functional, memory, performance and device-specific issues before production.
• Manage source code using Git/GitHub, including branching, pull requests, merging and code reviews.
• Work with QA and backend teams to ensure stable, reliable and production-ready releases.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, app deployment and production releases for Android, iOS and Web.
• Continuously improve application performance, responsiveness, scalability, stability and overall user experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 8 years of strong professional experience in Flutter & Dart development.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Android, iOS and Flutter Web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, responsive UI, adaptive layouts, animations and navigation.
• Strong experience with BLoC, GetX, Provider or similar state-management frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, Google Maps and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture, Clean Architecture/MVVM, reusable components and design patterns.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX and pixel-perfect Figma implementation across multiple screen sizes and devices.
• Experience in application security, secure API communication, authentication, secure storage and data protection.
• Strong skills in performance optimization, debugging, error handling, logging and memory management.
• Experience with QA, testing, CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, branching, pull requests and code reviews.
• Kotlin / Native Android or Swift / iOS experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with the ability to independently deliver smooth, stable and production-ready applications.
