Senior Fitter (Utility Maintenance)

1.Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Execute scheduled PM for utilities like Checago Pneumatic Air compressor (3000 & 5000 hrs) and Sudhir Cumin DG set (A,B & C checks) hours basis.

Maintain logs of asset performance.

Replace worn parts before failure.

2.Breakdown & Troubleshooting

Diagnose mechanical faults under pressure.

Repair Sudhir DG sets efficiently.

Overhaul Chicago Pneumatic (CP) compressors.

Fix Trane chiller system faults.

Minimize production line downtime safely

3.Safety & Documentation

Follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.

Maintain accurate breakdown and repair checklists.

Manage inventory of critical utility spares.

To maintain the PM check list & History Card.

4:Technical Skills & Competencies

Sudhir DG Sets: Expert knowledge of diesel engine timing, fuel systems, and mechanical governors as hours basis services

Chicago Pneumatic Air Compressors: Deep understanding of screw/reciprocating compressors, air dryers, pneumatic lines and Hours basis services

Trane Chillers: Proficient in compressor overhauling, leak detection, and condenser/evaporator descaling.

General Skills: Strong blueprint reading, precision measurement (vernier, micrometer), welding, and gas cutting.
