Senior Financial Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for clients across various industries.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to support client growth.

Job Requirements :

• 4-17 years of experience in public practice or industry as an accountant or auditor.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards (e.g., AASB) and taxation laws (e.g., Income Tax Assessment Act).
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
